Job Description

*Provide a professional and friendly front office presence to vendors, guests, employees, etc.
*Answer incoming phone calls and directing them to the proper individual or department.
*Maintain general office files in an organized manner.
*Prepare outgoing mail, packages and correspondences as well as receive incoming mail and packages.
*Prioritize administrative duties including filing, scanning, shredding, word processing, spreadsheet reporting in a confidential and professional manner.
*Monitor and order office supplies.
*Run errands for company on an occasional basis.
*Previous front desk/receptionist experience.
*Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe PDF.
*Experience using office equipment such as printer, copier, fax machine, scanner, 10-key, shredder, etc.
*Careful attention to detail.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills.
