Job Description

Assists the Cook in the preparation and service of meals. Responsible for kitchen and dining area sanitation.

•Sweeps, mops, strips, waxes, and polishes floors as appropriate.
•Cleans pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
•Clears, cleans and sanitizes work and dining tables.
•Cleans and maintains storage areas.
•Segregates and removes trash containers to designated locations.
•Cleans garbage containers.
•Ensures adequate supplies of all utensils and condiments at every setting.
•Degreases and sanitizes vent screens and filters.
•Cleans refrigerators and storage areas.
•Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
•Provides quality customer service at all times.
