Fluxcore Welder
Responsible primarily for welding material according to specifications of the job order.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Receive and understand welding symbols and select proper welding material needed to finish for fitting, painting and shipping.
Located the pieces approved by Quality Control for welding; gathering equipment necessary to complete the piece.
Clean welded pieces for next phase of processing.
Responsible for adhering to all company safety equipment and QA/QC programs and OSHA regulations.
Perform non essential duties as needed.
Must be able to read and comprehend welding symbols and instructions. Ability to read and understand structural drawings and blueprints are required. Must have the ability to pass a 1G FCAW and 1G SWAW welding test. Machinst or punch press knowledge a plus.
Physical Demands
Job requires excessive amounts of bending and stooping. Must be able to tolerate a dusty and noisy work environment. Must be able to tolerate extreme temperatures.

Working closely with operations team to ensure maintenance of high standards of quality and service.
Role requirements
Monitor quality around the departments of the facility.
Responsible for Food Safety Quality Systems in the Bakery.
Monitoring, actioning and responding to complaints and non-compliances.
Knowledge of HACCP and ability to train others on the basic HACCP principles and review HACCP as required.
Understanding of current food safety legislation.
Assist with delivering training on food safety and hygiene to an accredited standard.
Be able to monitor raw material specifications and systems.
Undertake internal audits, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
Audit a range of external supplier and be able to feedback corrective actions.
Support on undertaking quality checks on products.
Undertake ad-hoc projects as required.
Ability to write food safety policy.
