The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and strong HR Administrator skills. This person will deal with all aspects of human resources for both personnel and trainees. They will be responsible for handling of all accounting and finance issues. Will report to the Board of Directors and CEO. Requires minimum of 5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, and human resource experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to helping with matters relating to the residential life of trainees, creating and maintaining a wholesome, clean, un-regimented atmosphere and lifestyle for dormitory living. This person will also coordinate checkouts and return of trainees who leave the campus before and after training schedules for personal and other activities. Must have a high school diploma; be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, and a clean motor vehicle record along with a valid driver’s license. Will be responsible for maintaining and organizing of all records, files, and controls related to safety. Will maintain, review, and update safety procedure manuals, policies, and operating procedures. Assist with monitoring and ensure compliance with all safety procedures, policies and regulations.
