With us, it’s personal.
We want to get to know you. You can begin the application process with the online application on our job board. Once you submit your application, a CSS representative will contact you to discuss possible job opportunities and to schedule an in-office interview.
Please remember to complete the online application in its entirety. Incomplete applications will be rejected. A resume is required for all office support positions, including administrative support, marketing, accounting, or other professional positions.
Our staff makes all hiring decisions in house. You can rest assured that your fate won’t be determined by a stranger at an out-of-state corporate headquarters.

How soon can I start working?
Job availability changes on a daily basis. Once the application process is complete, you will be considered based on your preferences and skills and will be offered appropriate positions as they become available.
What is involved in the application process?
Once you complete your online application, a recruiter will review it, then contact you regarding possible job opportunities. You will then be scheduled to visit our office to complete your application and interview. We will also administer a drug screen as part of our Drug-Free Workplace program. During your interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss how you have stood out amongst your co-workers and what you are looking for in your next position. The recruiter will discuss not only what specific skills you have, but also find out more about what you have accomplished in your career that potential employers would find appealing. CSS conducts reference checks with previous employers and other references provided by applicants. Once reference information is complete, you will be offered jobs based on all the factors of our screening process.
How often should I contact CSS?
Registered job seekers should call in once per week between 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. to notify CSS of their availability.
What do I pay for your services?
Our services are provided at no fee to applicants.
