The Direct-Hire Division encompasses Professional, Administrative, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations Management and Information Technology ranging from entry-level to C-level.
Our Traditional Staffing Division places candidates in Professional, Administrative and Light Industrial areas on a temporary, temp to hire and contract basis..

Most of our clients use the same internet resources that other recruiting firms use, so we choose to go the extra mile in locating high performing engineering talent. Each recruiter at CSS is required to go through a series of internal and external training sessions for sourcing candidates through unique and innovative methods that involve being in close contact with, and intimately involved in, the engineering sector. Using this approach means that most of our candidates come to us by referral and we are very successful in placing engineers with top tier companies in the industries we serve.
