Most of our clients use the same internet resources that other recruiting firms use, so we choose to go the extra mile in locating high performing engineering talent. Each recruiter at CSS is required to go through a series of internal and external training sessions for sourcing candidates through unique and innovative methods that involve being in close contact with, and intimately involved in, the engineering sector.
