Our candidates are highly proficient in a variety of software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and are pre-tested in these skills and others before being introduced to a client.

The level and complexity of positions vary, therefore we have various methods for sourcing. Most of our clients use the same Internet resources we do, so we go the extra mile. Each recruiter at CSS is required to go through a series of internal and external training sessions for sourcing candidates.
